I have witnessed men (and boys) being sexually harassed and mistreated (often by woman). Masculinity should be appreciated and celebrated. 'White-male, anti-masculinity' is destructive and unacceptable. It is my belief that if we destroy masculinity, society will fall."

Women are hard on themselves and forget to focus on their achievements. They often forget to be proud of what has been achieved, regardless of how small. Learning how to be grateful is empowering, because it is impossible to feel ashamed and grateful at the same time. Falling into victimhood detracts from the powerful feminine confidence, intoxicating smile, and the ability to enjoy and have fun."

I enjoy the challenge of working with teenagers, they know that I like them, and in tern, they like me. I was an impossible teenager, therefore understand that side of them. They will find a safe place to share their frustrations without judgement, exploring and focussing on the achievable, with honest and open guidance. However, they must want to learn and grow, then I can guid them along their journey."

Jenny's story

Tom's story
Throughout Tom's childhood, he was bullied by his older brother, leaving him feeling damaged and unworthy of respect. We worked together to understand his brother’s actions. Tom realised that his brother was jealous, and believed that he was the favourite. This realisation changed the brothers relationship for the better.

My story.
Like many people, I have endured many experiences that I've had to rise above and learn from. I know the challenges that people face and what it takes to overcome them.
I have helped people who have lost their mother, father, siblings. People who have felt like giving up on themselves, life, their business, children, partners. People who need a 'sounding board' to make up their minds about a decision. Young people who are taking a path which will make their lives difficult. I understand death, loss, failure and making the wrong choices in life.
